I rescored this beautiful trailer for the Japanese film ‘Casshern’. In addition to the music, I redid the sound design for the piece.
I love the visuals in Wong Kar Wai’s film, ‘In The Mood For Love’. In rescoring this scene, I composed a trip-hop influenced tune that included traditional Chinese instruments.
I had a blast rescoring an electronic orchestral piece for this trailer for the survival horror game, ‘Dying Light’. I also had a lot of fun creating sound effects for this piece, including recording zombie growls and flapping fabric.
‘Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon’ is one of my favorite films. This scene captures the emotion between Yu Shu Lien and Li Mu Bai brilliantly and I tried to bring it out with this rescore that includes erhu and Chinese flute.
